We recently had the pleasure of welcoming a group of curious young students from Talentus School, Campus Boomgaard (1st year of secondary school) as part of a JINC initiative, aimed at connecting young people with the professional world.
The students explored the fascinating world of blood typing, gaining hands-on insights into how our lab professionals determine blood groups and why this process is essential for safe medical treatments.
One of the highlights of the visit was a demonstration of our Grifols Erytra Eflexis system—an advanced automate used for blood grouping and antibody screening. The students saw how this high-tech instrument supports laboratories in delivering fast, accurate, and reliable results. It was an exciting opportunity for them to see how automation and medical diagnostics go hand in hand.
