Qualitative detection and differentiation of Influenza A/B (M gene/NP1 gene) and SARS-CoV-2 (E gene; RdRp gene) respiratory sample material.

• Reliable: Detection of two specific gene fragments for SARS-CoV-2 within the E gene and RdRp gene.
• Flexible: The assay can be run on the commonly used real-time PCR instruments (e.g. RIDA®CYCLER, LightCycler® 480II, ABI 7500 Fast Dx, CFX96TM Dx or Rotor-Gene Q).
• Rapid: Results in less than 1,5 h. For processing on the Roche LC 480 II: Results within 1 h 10 min.

All controls (internal, positive, negative) are included in the kit.
